The Magic of our 5 Ingredient Natural Toothpaste

Go to your bathroom, pick up your toothpaste and read the labels on the back of it. What does it contain? Now, imagine a toothpaste without glycerine, fluoride, foaming agents or colouring. Don’t you just wish there was a natural alternative somewhere out there? A toothpaste that is made from natural ingredients that don’t expose you to chemicals and toxins on a daily basis. What if we told you that such a thing does exist. It’s called the magical 5 ingredient natural toothpaste. Also known as Earthpaste.

We’re talking about a toothpaste made from simple, clean, natural ingredients. You know, ones you can pronounce. Water, Redmond clay, Real Salt, Essential Oils and Xylitol. Foaming agents and artificial stuff don’t really help clean your teeth. Instead, they expose you to toxins that you really shouldn’t be exposed to. Our oral health is meant to make us healthier. We’re supposed to feel clean and fresh, and if you ask me, there’s nothing clean about fluoride.

Why is it called Earthpaste? Well, because everything in this toothpaste is made from the Earth – to ensure the best and most natural quality. But don’t take our word for it. Let’s see what goes into this natural toothpaste and what makes it so great. Here are the 5 magical ingredients.

Redmond Clay

This is your polishing cleanser and it has been used for centuries to promote digestive health. The high pH in Redmond Clay helps counteract acidic levels in the mouth, which helps prevent cavities. Trust me when I say this, once you’re done brushing, you can feel the cleanliness. You know that squeaky feeling on your teeth because they’re sooooo clean? Yup. That’s what we’re talking about.

Purified Water

I think we can all agree that water is natural. It’s pretty much as natural as it gets. The function of the purified water in the recipe is to naturally hydrate the clay into a paste.

Real Salt

We’re not just talking about any regular salt. We’re talking about an all-natural sea salt that is unrefined, containing more than 60 trace minerals. There’s nothing better than this when it comes to cleansing your mouth.

Natural Xylitol

Earthpaste uses Xylitol from organic birch and corn to help give the toothpaste the yummy and sweet flavour. Don’t confuse it for sugar. Xylitol promotes healthy teeth, and helps maintain a neutral pH level in the mouth, which helps with preventing bacteria from sticking to your teeth, because, natural, less acid and less bacteria help us towards a better and more improved oral health.

Essential Oils

A touch of essential oils is the perfect and natural way to give your toothpaste the flavour you want. Peppermint, spearmint, cinnamon are some of the options you can choose from. Essential oils are added for more than just flavour however. Tea Tree for example, is a strong microbial that helps your teeth and gums feel fresh and clean. It has anti-viral and anti-fungal properties that support oral health and leave your mouth feeling fresh and cool.

Earthpaste isn’t just any other toothpaste. When it comes to your oral health, there’s nothing more crucial than a natural toothpaste. It uses 5 simple ingredients from the Earth to help promote a healthy smile.
